Terms of Use
These terms apply to Drake's Pricing Desk, including the web app and the ChatGPT and Claude connector. By using Drake you agree to them.
Decision support, not an appraisal
Drake's prices, ranges, probabilities and market figures are estimates generated from the data you provide. They are decision support for licensed real estate professionals and are not an appraisal, a broker price opinion, or financial, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your pricing recommendations and for complying with the laws and rules that apply to you.
Your data
You may upload only data you have the right to use, including under your MLS's rules. You keep your rights in your data and allow us to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in details secure and don't share accounts. Don't misuse the service: no attempts to bypass usage limits or entitlements, disrupt or probe the service, or scrape it.
Plans and billing
Drake Basic is free and subject to usage limits. Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price shown on the Pricing page when you subscribe, and you can cancel from the billing portal.
Availability and liability
Drake is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted or have errors. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or its results.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. Questions: Signed-in users can use Help › Contact support in the app.
